I know finding affordable care can be difficult, and I make every effort to make mental healthcare accessible by partnering with several insurance plans though a platform called Headway. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide documentation to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement upon request.

Typically, follow up appointments are once per month while we are getting to know each other and while medication adjustments are being made. Once you are settled into a medication regimen, these appointments can be spread out to every 2-3 months depending on your comfort level.
Please note- if controlled substances are being prescribed, I may require monthly appointments throughout the duration of our work together, and may require an initial in person evaluation as well as periodic in person follow up appointments.
